In many years of career, numerous awards and prizes have affirmed our restaurant in front of the world.

Receiving an award is never a banal thing, it means seeing your work recognized by experts, it is the certainty that what you do, you do it for a purpose, which is not the prize itself, but is the drive to always improve to reach new horizons. It is thanks to this spirit that we have kept our Michelin Star for over 30 years.
